    Location/habitat: Prefers “ordinary” moist, well-drained garden soil in full sun; will tolerate light shade, July through September

    Perennial daisy-like petals surround a raised, often cone-shaped center in summer through fall

    Height 1-6’

    Rudbeckia hirta, Rudbeckia fulgida, Rudbeckia maxima(huge powder blue leaves, prefers deep, moist soils), Rudbeckia triloba  (attracts hummingbirds, tolerates dry soil, good for moist)
